$675 / 1br - Studio available for green, quiet, peaceful simplicity

All brand-new, luxury, super-efficient, Lower Studio Unit available immediately. This ~340 square foot unit has a full-sized cook's kitchen with all stainless-steel appliances, large window, full-size fridge, travertine tiled floor, dishwasher and range with brand new solid oak cabinets and granite countertops. The 8-foot sliding glass doors overlook the protected forever greenbelt and deck with mostly chemical-free hot tub. Private covered rear entrance and a private bath with extra-large walk-in tiled shower with sliding glass doors. Living and sleeping areas are carpeted with extra-plush carpeting.

There is a shared laundry room accessible from the front porch and parking for one car in front of the garage. The Murphy bed is full-sized and pops out of the wall for use, and hides away in the morning, in the closet behind the curtains. There is room for a living room/sitting area, a desk/study area and a small dining table or 2 stools at the breakfast bar. Good-sized storage space available en suite. Installed bookshelves on the wall and great dimmable lighting.

Our home is located right next to the Common House and organic common gardens, but in a quiet, off-the-main-road location. We compost and recycle and try to live as lightly as possible.

We are an active but quiet and respectful family of 4 (2 adults, 2 kids) looking to welcome another mature, quiet, community-minded individual or couple into our brand-new rental. The community has many opportunities for you to expand your community involvement - yoga classes, martial arts, cooking opportunities, organic gardening, sharing circles, greenbelt walks, work parties, dance parties and celebrations. We're looking for someone who would be okay with kid and people noise from 7:30am til 7:30pm but then is willing to shut off and live quietly when kid bedtime happens. We don't have TV or Satellite reception, but we do have Wifi routers and cell phone reception.

Most utilities are included in the rent - $675.. Utility usage may vary and adjust as we track. We are looking for a non-smoker, drug-free, pet-free person. Community assessments/dues are an additional $51.50 per person.
