is a community-oriented development near Woodinville, Washington. We have no community-wide religious or political
affiliation. Sharingwood has many attractive amenities:

We're currently looking for active, passionate community members. We ask that prospective
members visit the community at least 3 times before committing to live here. Here are some of the ways you can live here.
Northwest dream home for sale
The 4190 square foot home has 3 bedrooms and 3 baths (½, ¾,
¾, full). The large gourmet kitchen has a 48"
Sub-Zero refrigerator,
Thermador dual fuel range with griddle,
Bosch
dishwasher, honed granite countertops, custom fir cabinets, and
tile floor. Also on the main floor is a den, ¾ bath with custom

Do you think you might like to spend a day or two living
cooperatively with us as our guest? Our group house lies between the
community garden and the greenbelt. Though we're not officially sanctioned
by Sharingwood, members of our house have full membership in the Sharingwood
community.
There's a guest room on the main floor for visitors like you
who are genuinely interested in cooperative living. Be prepared to jump in
and be involved while you're here! Unfortunately, our guest room is too small
for a family of three or more.
We make this offer to shine a light on life in community, and as our
way of meeting interesting folk like yourself. We have no permanent openings at
this time, but if you like the experience and want more, we could help you look.
